Marion specialises in complex, high value commercial and construction disputes for UK and international clients. She has extensive experience litigating matters before domestic courts and tribunals as well as in international arbitration where she has appeared before a number of institutional and ad hoc tribunals around the globe.
Robert Gerrard, Senior NEC Consultant (UK/Hong Kong)
Robert specialises in NEC contracts, both setting these up and successfully managing them. He has over 30 years’ experience in contract management and carries out training and consultancy around the world. He is an examiner for the Institution of Civil Engineers Certificate in Law and Contract Management course and has been NEC Users’ Group Secretary from 2006 to date.
