Boyana Milcheva of Dimitrov, Petrov & Co
Boyana Milcheva is a partner at DPC Law Firm and leads its Construction and Tax Law Practice Groups. She has specialized in construction, real estate, and tax law for more than 18 years and is regularly recognized for her expertise in these areas by The Legal 500, Chambers Europe, IFLR100 and Who’s Who Legal.
Boyana is a board member of the Bulgarian Construction Law Society and exclusive representative for Bulgaria at the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF).
Julian Bailey of Jones Day
Julian Bailey is a solicitor and partner at Jones Day, London, where he practises in the field of construction law on an international scale. He is a Visiting Professor of Law at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London; and Adjunct Professor of Law at Hamad bin Khalifa University, Doha, Qatar. Mr Bailey was Chairman of the Society of Construction Law (UK) in 2015–2016. He is the author of “Construction Law” (4th ed, 2024)
