Sinéad is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor at PH Plasterers & PH Properties, a regional scale plastering and partitions subcontractor based in West Yorkshire. Sinead has eight years of industry experience, predominantly in the residential sector, including tendering and procurement, cost estimation, take-off, valuation, final account negotiation and general project administration using JCT and NEC contracts.  Sinead is the current Co-chair of NAWIC Yorkshire, (National Association of Women in Construction) which is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the advancement of women in the construction industry. Sinéad is a keen walker and enjoys exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
