This month Barton Legal proudly sponsored the Further Education Colleges Property Development Conference hosted by Built Environment Networking. Bill hosted session one which covered a lively and insightful session that discussed if the education sector is ready for major investment following the UK Government pledging £2bn in funding to the further education sector. The panel also discussed the importance of the colleges being educated about the construction processes in relation the procurement and delivery of projects on their campus, including time and cost and risks and who needs to be involved for a successful project.
