At the end of August, the Barton Legal team came together for a team-building day in the countryside!
The day involved a big old walk up one of Yorkshire’s Three Peaks – Pen-Y-Ghent 🗻
Pen-Y-Ghent walking distance is around 6 miles and is many people’s first peak. The circular route starts from Horton-in-Ribblesdale and climbs up to Brackenbottom Scar, and then follows the Pennine Way on the climb to the 694m high summit.
The team building day allowed everyone to have fun, laughter and relationship building which is paramount to our office culture.
One of our values is “collaboration” and this day definitely allowed us all to collaborate together to take on the challenge!
