Dr Jon Broome provides practical advice, training, and workshops to help organisations deliver their projects more successfully. He is a recognised expert practitioner on the NEC contract family and on contracts and procurement for projects and programmes. He is also an accomplished facilitator, and many of his larger assignments combine all three skills.

A trained civil engineer, Jon also gained the world’s first PhD in the applied use of NEC. Working for construction and heavy engineering clients and contractors throughout the world,  he often works with senior management to develop ‘fit for purpose’ commercial and contractual arrangements to deliver successful projects. Often, but not always, this leads to using the NEC family of contracts, where he writes, reviews and improves the contract documentation.
