Alfonso is a chartered member of the Institution of Engineers (Italy), a member of the DRBF and a member of the Society of Construction Law. He has 39+ years of experience in Contracts Management and Construction of infrastructures, Roads, Highways, Bridges, Viaducts, Tunnels, Dams, Hydroelectric Power Plants.
Elizabeth Natukunda– Turner & Townsend (Uganda)
Elizabeth Natukunda Mwebesa is the Country Director at Turner & Townsend Uganda. She has over 15 years of experience working in the UK and across East Africa, giving her a unique perspective on the construction industry at large. Through her strong leadership, she has established solid business relationships within the East African region in the Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Retail, and Residential & Commercial sectors, leading projects with portfolios of up to USD300m. Elizabeth holds a BSc. in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University, UK. She is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
