Dusan Cvetkovic – CCM Solutions (Belgrade, Serbia)
Dusan Cvetkovic has been actively acting as a Consultant and Party’s Counsel in ADR (Contract Management, Claims, Adjudication & Arbitration) for the last 5+ years, while for the first 10+ years of his professional experience in the construction industry, he has been working as a civil engineer in the FIDIC international infrastructure projects through the Western Balkans and Central Asia. Dusan has a civil engineering bachelor’s degree and an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration. Dusan is also a Fellow of CIArb and an Adjudicator on the ACES national list in Serbia.
Thaís Fernandes Chebatt – Pinheiro Neto Advogados (São Paulo)
Thaís is a senior associate at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, São Paulo, Brazil. She joined Pinheiro Neto in 2005 and has focused her practice in Infrastructure Projects, Construction Law (contentious and non-contentious) and Dispute Resolution. She has experience in the legal assistance in the project development, from the initial phase of feasibility analysis of the project, selection of the appropriate contractual model for the project, as well as structuring, drafting and negotiating construction contracts. She has also experience in the preparation of claims and resolving construction related disputes, including litigation and arbitration disputes (domestic and international) as well as in other Dispute Resolution Alternative Methods (mediation, dispute boards, among others).
