Charlotte Hill

Charlotte Hill is a solicitor working within construction (contentious and non-contentious) and commercial property.  Charlotte joined Barton Legal in September 2020, having previously worked as a paralegal at Plexus Law and Haymans Solicitors.

Charlotte is experienced in drafting Terms and Conditions for business, reviewing and advising clients on the effect of contractual clauses and negotiating amends on their behalf, and drafting documentation such as Professional Appointments and Collateral Warranties.

Charlotte has assisted with running a number of adjudications and litigation matters and was responsible for drafting the statements of case throughout. She has also advised clients on construction disputes involving breach of contract, repudiation, defective workmanship, termination and suspension.

Additionally, Charlotte has experience in commercial and residential matters, assisting with sale and purchase transactions and carrying out reviews of commercial leases.
