Harry Parker

Harry Parker is a solicitor working within Construction (contentious and non-contentious) and Commercial Property. Harry joined Barton Legal in May 2022, having previously worked at Ridley and Hall Solicitors, joining as a paralegal working alongside his studies. He started his training contract in December 2022 after receiving a commendation in his LPC LLM and qualified as a solicitor in October 2024. 

He has gained a significant amount of knowledge in contentious construction, having assisted on an array of litigious matters including adjudications, small claims, county court claims, TCC claims, arbitration and attending mediation. Harry also has experience in non-contentious construction matters having assisted in drafting a JCT Minor works contract, bespoke agreements, warranties and settlement agreements.

Harry has developed his skills in commercial property having assisted on the sale and purchase of residential properties, advised on the renewal of commercial leases, advised on covenants affecting the land and completed title and lease reviews.

When not in the office, Harry spends his time in the kitchen cooking new recipes and enjoys long walks in the countryside. Harry likes to travel and experience new cultures, with the next big destination being Paris for the upcoming Olympics.
